Job Description

This role combines full technology capability and dependencies of our business via a matrixed delivery model, driving regional ownership of all technologies impacting the Region, and full accountability for overseeing Technology Services deliverables at the Regional ELT.

You’ll be the primary liaison between regional executive leadership, including ELT members, all I&T Programme and Change teams, and I&T Service Delivery. Your focus will be on continuous improvement, leveraging I&T capabilities securely, and ensuring maximum ROI aligned with I&T strategy. You’ll develop a deep understanding of the region's dispersed businesses, driving standardization and transparency in technology solutions, and advocating for regional needs in global I&T strategies.

Major/Key Accountabilities

• Strategic Alignment: Own and drive regional I&T strategy, align initiatives with business goals, and ensure portfolio priorities support regional and global objectives.
• Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with regional business leaders, act as a trusted advisor, and promote collaboration between regional stakeholders and global teams.
• IT Service Delivery: Oversee I&T service performance, ensure quality standards, and implement improvements.
• IT Governance and Compliance: Ensure adherence to policies, standards, and regulations, and collaborate on governance and risk management.
• Regional IT Planning and Execution: Lead regional I&T planning, project delivery, and resource management.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate regularly with stakeholders, providing updates on initiatives and performance.
• Innovation and Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of innovation, explore emerging technologies, and optimize operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• Desirable: MBA.

Experience

• Experience with large initiatives, stakeholder management, and multi-cultural environments.
• 7+ years in an IT or Business Relationship role, managing or influencing technical teams and projects.
• Proven success in improving customer experience and leveraging IT strategically.
