Role Overview

Responsible for day-to-day operation and management of Clicky's Paid Media department, including service development, leading some of the agency’s biggest accounts and line managing the team. Tasked with ensuring that our offering consistently develops and contributes to overall agency growth goals whilst delivering exceptional commercial performance for our Paid Search & Social clients. This is a senior role within the business and is directly responsible for key commercial performance metrics measuring the success of our paid media offering.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leadership & Strategy
    • Develop and execute the overarching Paid Media strategy, aligning with client objectives and agency goals.
    • Lead and mentor a team of Paid Media specialists, ensuring professional development and high team morale.
    • Act as the primary point of contact for high-level clients, building strong relationships and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Campaign Management
    • Oversee the planning, implementation, and optimisation of Paid Search and Paid Social campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and more.
    • Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and meet or exceed performance KPIs.
    • Drive innovation by testing new platforms, tools, and campaign strategies.
  • Analysis & Reporting
    • Setting and management of ambitious and industry-leading Paid Media CPTs with internal teams and clients.
    • Monitor client strategy performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations to both clients and internal teams.
    • Deliver detailed reports that clearly communicate campaign results, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaboration
    • Work closely with other departments (e.g., SEO, Content, Creative) to deliver cohesive, multi-channel strategies.
    • Collaborate with senior leadership to drive new business opportunities and contribute to pitches.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 6+ years of experience working on high value client accounts with a proven track record for achieving outstanding ROI results.
  • Experience and proven effective leadership in managing multi-disciplined teams.
  • Experience working within an agency environment.
  • A genuine passion for digital and specifically paid media.
  • In depth experience working across campaigns that include both paid and organic search components.
  • Previous experience dealing with clients and managing their expectations.
  • Excellent commercial understanding and awareness.
  • Exceptional self-management skills – time management, scheduling, organization, etc.
  • Ability to communicate complex information & technical insight in a simplified manner for internal & external stakeholders.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
