Overview

Salt have partnered with a leading FTSE250 Fintech servicing over 350,000 customers with big ambitions to triple their customer base over the next three years. They are looking for a Head of Product to lead a team of PMs focused on their core platforms and largest revenue generating Product stream.

The role requires previous experience shipping trading and investment products at scale with a strong commercial sense and people management experience. You could be a Lead or Group PM looking for the next step, or an established Head of Product excited about moving a well known Fintech platform forwards. The business has been proactive in ensuring value is shipped to customers faster than ever, and remains relevant in a fast moving landscape.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of Product Managers focused on core platforms and the largest revenue generating product stream.
  • Ship trading and investment products at scale with a strong commercial orientation.
  • Coach, manage and mentor multiple PM reports.
  • Shape longer term strategy and vision for an established trading product.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Previous experience working on Trading and Investment platforms.
  • Experience with CFDs and spread betting.
  • Experience coaching, managing and mentoring multiple PM reports.
  • Strong analytics and data-driven approach to shipping customer value.

Logistics

The position is hybrid, from their central London office, 3 days per week.

There is a 3 stage interview process in which you’ll meet the Product Director, CCO and Divisional MD.

The role offers a unique opportunity to shape and grow an established Trading product whilst focusing on longer term strategy and vision.
