About You:

• Strategic thinker with a proven record of managing end‑to‑end recruitment campaigns, including senior leadership and executive roles.
• Creative and precise in developing attraction strategies, marketing materials, and outreach initiatives that engage high‑quality candidates.
• Trusted ambassador who inspires collaboration across school leaders, HR teams, and external partners.
• Highly organised, resilient and continually drive improvement of recruitment processes and promote diversity in pipelines.
• Comfortable working remotely with regular travel to schools and Head Office, thriving in a fast‑paced, multi‑site environment.
