This role suits someone who enjoys variety and building organisational capability. You will be the go-to adviser for managers, shaping initiatives that drive performance and creating a workplace where people thrive while being supported by a brilliant manager and team.

Responsibilities

  • Championing culture, values, and employee engagement.
  • Leading recruitment strategies, apprenticeships, and early careers programmes.
  • Coaching managers on employee relations and performance development.
  • Designing and delivering career pathways and learning initiatives.
  • Driving wellbeing and DEI programmes that foster inclusion and belonging.
  • Overseeing HR operations with precision and care.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as either a HR advisor, HRBP or HR Generalist or an L&D background with a focus on culture, talent and engagement.
  • Knowledge of UK employment law and employee relations (support and development in the role available).
  • A natural coach and collaborator with excellent stakeholder skills.
  • Passionate about people, culture, and continuous improvement.
