This role, with a values-driven client based in Crawley, seeks an exceptional HR Business Partner who is looking to make their next career move.
This role suits someone who enjoys variety and building organisational capability. You will be the go-to adviser for managers, shaping initiatives that drive performance and creating a workplace where people thrive while being supported by a brilliant manager and team.
Responsibilities
- Championing culture, values, and employee engagement.
- Leading recruitment strategies, apprenticeships, and early careers programmes.
- Coaching managers on employee relations and performance development.
- Designing and delivering career pathways and learning initiatives.
- Driving wellbeing and DEI programmes that foster inclusion and belonging.
- Overseeing HR operations with precision and care.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as either a HR advisor, HRBP or HR Generalist or an L&D background with a focus on culture, talent and engagement.
- Knowledge of UK employment law and employee relations (support and development in the role available).
- A natural coach and collaborator with excellent stakeholder skills.
- Passionate about people, culture, and continuous improvement.
