HR Business Partner - 6 Month FTC at John Goddard Associates

Location: London/Leeds (hybrid 2 days per week in the office) | Start Date: Immediate

Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day HR support to managers across your business area.
  • Lead and support on change management, including TUPE, redundancy, and restructures.
  • Advise on employee relations cases, performance management, and policy application.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of transformation plans.
  • Work collaboratively with the wider HR team to ensure consistency and compliance.
  • Support the embedding of new structures, processes, and ways of working.

What You'll Bring

  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner in a fast-paced, complex global environment.
  • Strong background in managing change and transformation.
  • Solid understanding of employment law and ER case management.
  • Experience supporting organisations with TUPE and restructures.
  • Comfortable working autonomously and at pace in a matrixed organisation.
  • Pragmatic, delivery-focused, and confident working with ambiguity.
