Support redundancy planning, redeployment strategies, and workforce transition.Ensure compliance with organisational change policies and employment legislation.Reporting & Documentation:Maintain accurate project documentation, including staffing budgets and impact summaries.Provide regular progress updates to senior stakeholders.Resource Planning:Identify staffing needs and manage recruitment for new roles within the restructure.Person SpecificationProven experience in HR project management, ideally within restructuring or organisational change.Strong knowledge of HR processes, employment law, and job evaluation frameworks.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.Experience in large-scale organisational change programmes.Familiarity with HR systems and data analytics.QualificationsDegree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.Professional HR certification (e.g., CIPD) preferred.Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, Prince2) advantageous.If you are interested in this role please send your updated CV in the first instance. #J-18808-Ljbffr
