HR Project Manager

  • Support redundancy planning, redeployment strategies, and workforce transition.
  • Ensure compliance with organisational change policies and employment legislation.

Reporting & Documentation:

  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including staffing budgets and impact summaries.
  • Provide regular progress updates to senior stakeholders.

Resource Planning:

  • Identify staffing needs and manage recruitment for new roles within the restructure.

Person Specification

  • Proven experience in HR project management, ideally within restructuring or organisational change.
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes, employment law, and job evaluation frameworks.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
  • Experience in large-scale organisational change programmes.
  • Familiarity with HR systems and data analytics.

Qualifications

  • Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Professional HR certification (e.g., CIPD) preferred.
  • Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, Prince2) advantageous.
