Overview

HR Support Officer (People Projects) at CEMP, part of Norfolk County Council, permanent contract, 37 hours per week. Salary £26,403 - £28,142 per annum. Scale E. Location: County Hall.

We are looking for an HR Support Officer to join the People Projects team. The team supports organisational change and the role focuses on supporting projects involving people change, leading on formal HR process administration, establishment hierarchies, and providing policy-compliant solutions to enable change.

Responsibilities

  • Lead on formal HR process administration and implementation of establishment hierarchies.
  • Provide solutions in line with policies to enable change.
  • Work with the team during organisational change across NCC services.

Qualifications

  • Experience in customer services and clear, concise communication skills.
  • Positive, proactive approach; able to take issues forward; IT confident; good listening and sensitivity to others.
  • Ideally a level 2 qualification or relevant experience in a relevant field.
