Overview

Are you an experienced HR Systems professional with strong technical expertise in iTrent? We’re looking for an HR Systems Manager to take ownership of our HR and Payroll platforms, ensuring they are optimised, reliable, and delivering the insights we need to improve operations across the organisation.

In this role, you will:

  • Act as the primary lead for the deployment, maintenance, and optimisation of HR systems, with a key focus on iTrent
  • Use system data to produce valuable insights for HR, payroll, and leadership teams
  • Translate business needs into effective technical configurations and system solutions
  • Build strong partnerships with stakeholders to ensure technology fully supports HR and organisational objectives

What You’ll Bring

  • Advanced technical knowledge of HR and payroll systems—particularly iTrent
  • Strong understanding of payroll legislation and related HR functions
  • Demonstrated experience in project delivery and/or change management
  • Excellent communication and engagement skills to turn business requirements into practical, user-focused solutions
