What You'll Be Doing

• Championing HSE standards across EV charging installations and infrastructure projects
• Conducting site audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations
• Supporting operational teams with practical, proactive safety guidance
• Driving continuous improvement and embedding a positive safety culture
• Ensuring compliance with UK H&S legislation and environmental best practices

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in a similar HSE role – ideally within utilities, infrastructure, or construction
• NEBOSH or equivalent H&S qualification
• Strong communication skills and a hands-on approach to safety
• Passion for innovation and sustainability in the energy sector
