HR Administrator – International Law Firm

Up to £35,000 + Excellent Benefits | Hybrid Working | City Thameslink / Blackfriars

An outstanding opportunity has arisen for an HR Administrator to join a prestigious international law firm based in the heart of London. This is a fantastic role for someone with a little experience in HR administration – or an ambitious individual looking to take their very first step into a career in HR.

The Role

As an HR Administrator, you will be a key part of the London HR team, providing vital support across all areas of HR. Working closely with the HR Manager and HR Coordinator, you will gain hands-on experience and exposure to a broad range of HR processes.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting payroll and employee benefits administration
  • Maintaining accurate HR records and documentation
  • Assisting with recruitment coordination and onboarding of new joiners
  • Supporting performance management and appraisal processes
  • Helping to implement HR policies and procedures
  • Contributing to initiatives around employee wellbeing and talent retention

The Department

The firm’s HR function plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of core HR operations while also driving forward strategic initiatives around employee engagement, wellbeing and retention. You’ll be joining a collaborative and supportive London-based HR team consisting of the HR Manager, HR Coordinator, and HR Administrator.

About You

  • Some prior HR administration experience is ideal – but not essential
  • A genuine interest in developing a career in HR
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Confident communication skills and a proactive attitude
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism
