About the Role
Our client is seeking an HR Advisor to join their Human Resources team, which operates across multiple UK and international locations. The HR function comprises several specialist teams, including Learning and Development, Reward, Resourcing, HR Operations, Business Partnering, and CSR & Diversity.
This role sits within the HR Business Partnering team, working closely with colleagues, stakeholders, and business leaders to provide HR guidance, support, and coaching. The successful candidate will be aligned to paralegal and business support groups, fostering strong relationships and supporting both operational HR tasks and longer-term strategic priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, acting as a trusted HR advisor.
- Support business leaders in implementing HR initiatives to improve engagement, performance, and retention.
- Collaborate with Resourcing on recruitment processes, including authorisation, onboarding, and exit procedures.
- Manage employee relations matters such as disciplinaries, grievances, absence, and flexible working requests.
- Provide information on employee benefits and ensure occupational health referrals are made promptly.
- Support performance management processes, including reviews, training needs, promotions, and salary reviews.
- Produce HR data and reports, analyse trends, and support firm-wide surveys with follow-up actions.
- Lead or contribute to ad hoc HR projects as required.
About You
- Ideally of graduate calibre, with CIPD qualification (part or full) desirable but not essential.
- Previous generalist HR experience at a similar level is required.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong influencing skills and excellent communication abilities.
- Able to manage a varied workload with flexibility and efficiency.
