Iconic Resourcing is supporting a respected professional organisation in their search for a confident and capable HR Adviser. This is a varied and rewarding role where you'll be part of a collaborative HR team, helping to shape and deliver people-focused initiatives across the business.

Location and type - Edinburgh or Glasgow with travel to either office for business needs. Permanent | Hybrid Working | Competitive Salary + Benefits

Responsibilities

  • Supporting hiring managers with recruitment and onboarding activity
  • Contributing to employee engagement and development programmes
  • Advising on day-to-day HR queries and supporting line managers
  • Getting involved in projects across wellbeing, inclusion, and culture
  • Helping to improve internal HR processes and systems
  • Occasionally travelling between offices to support business needs

Qualifications

  • Experience in a generalist HR role, ideally within a busy, multi-site environment
  • CIPD qualified or working towards
  • A confident communicator with a collaborative and adaptable approach
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable working with HR systems and data
  • A proactive mindset and genuine passion for supporting people
