Panoramic Associates is partnering with an education provider in North East London to recruit for a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP).

Responsibilities

• Employee relations: support and coaching for Senior Leaders across the schools
• Lead and guide HR strategy across the schools
• Support the HR Leads in the schools with complex HR matters

Qualifications

• HR Business Partner experience
• Education sector experience is strongly preferred; experience in sectors such as social care can be considered
• Driving licence and access to a car

Package

A salary of £48,000 - £60,000 (DOE) is on offer. Benefits include, but are not limited to:

Work Model

Hybrid working model, with one day per week at home.
