Very senior position will be to join their HR team which consists of: CPO, Senior HR BP & HR Generalist

Will be a fixed term contract for 6 months with a view to switch permanent (annual salary)

Based 4 days in Potters Bar and 1-day WFH

Responsibilities & Qualifications

• Will mainly be dealing with their employer relation cases – if people are unhappy with various things in the business (resolving this etc)
• Will then eventually pick up change management skills (helping scope & change the business)
• Ideally need to have strategy (change management) and employee relations experience
• Need to be confident, collaborative, confident, resilient and have a strong backbone that’s happy to help.
• Need someone with 3-5 years’ experience but someone who can still progress
• Need someone ASAP
• Will be a 2 stage interview process
