HR Coordinator – 12 Month FTC

Salary: up to £33,500 + Hybrid Working
Are you an HR professional looking for your next step in a supportive, collaborative environment? An international law firm based in near Liverpool Street is seeking a HR Coordinator to join their friendly HR team on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a true generalist HR role, gaining exposure across the full employee lifecycle within a professional services environment.
What you’ll be doing
- Acting as a first point of contact for HR queries across the business
- Supporting the coordination of the recruitment, onboarding, and induction process
- Assisting with employee relations cases and HR policy queries
- Managing HR data and maintaining accurate employee records
- Supporting annual HR processes such as appraisals, salary reviews and benefits administration
- Providing day-to-day support to the wider HR team on a variety of projects and initiatives
What we’re looking for
- Previous HR experience, ideally within a professional services or corporate environment
- Strong organisational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail
- Confident communicator, able to build relationships across all levels of the firm
- Proactive, team-oriented, and approachable – with a “can-do” attitude
