What You’ll Do

• Lead customer programs: plan and coordinate initiatives to ensure customers get maximum value from the platform; champion adoption and engagement across user teams.
• Own projects and renewals: support pilots, renewals, and expansion projects, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding results.
• Act as a trusted advisor: align customer goals with internal teams including Delivery, Product, and Sales.
• Stay engaged and aligned: host regular check-ins and strategic meetings, including on-site visits and quarterly reviews, to deepen partnerships and maintain alignment.

What You’ll Bring

• 2+ years of experience in Implementation roles, or a similar client-facing role.
• Fluent German (written and spoken) – essential.
• Strong multitasking, project execution, and time management skills.
• A proactive, empathetic, customer-first mindset.
• Experience working in a SaaS or technology environment.
