Role and responsibilities

The role of Infor M3 Senior Finance Consultant (COM)

As a Senior Business Consultant specialising in Customer Order Management (COM), you will deliver transformative Infor M3 projects focused on optimising orders, pricing, invoicing, and order-to-cash processes. You will work with UK and international clients to design, implement, and enhance customer order workflows, ensuring orders are processed accurately, efficiently, and in line with business objectives. Your expertise in COM will influence customer satisfaction, cash flow, and operational efficiency.

Travel and hybrid working

We offer flexibility for work-life balance, with the option to work from home or at one of our Cubo offices around the UK. On-site consultancy is planned ahead of time in 2-week blocks, with travel and overnight stays dependent on project requirements. The goal is to come into the office at least once a month for team and client meetings; you may work from Nottingham HQ or any Cubo office if preferred.

About You (The Essentials)

• Proven experience delivering full lifecycle for Infor M3 ERP implementations in Customer Order Management (order entry/processing, pricing/discounts, delivery/shipment management, invoicing and AR integration).
• Experience as a client-facing consultant within a partner environment.
• Understanding of end-to-end business process flows across finance.
• Ability to configure, test, and deliver robust M3 solutions aligned to business requirements.
• Full driver’s licence and access to a vehicle.
• Curious, with a willingness to challenge the status quo and improve.
• Collaborates well with internal and external colleagues.
• Committed to personal development and becoming a Trusted Advisor in your field.
