Infor M3 Senior Finance Consultant role at Columbus. Location: Home-based with travel to client sites or Columbus offices as required. Salary: Negotiable (We aim to improve your current package). Bonus: Yes. Holiday: 25 Days, Plus Bank Holidays (Increasing with Service). Medical Insurance: Yes (terms apply) plus additional Health Cashback Plan. Hours: Full time (36.5 hpw). Travel/Expenses: A car is required for travel to client sites - expensed at 45p per mile from home address (excluding travel to any Columbus Office within 35mi).

Role and responsibilities

• As a Senior Business Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering transformative Infor M3 projects with a strong focus on Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes. You will work with UK and international clients to design, implement, and optimise their customer order management, distribution, and financial integration workflows, ensuring measurable improvements in efficiency, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
• This is a senior, client-facing role where your deep understanding of O2C and related business processes will directly influence the success of our clients’ digital transformation journeys. While the emphasis is on Order-to-Cash, you will also contribute to wider projects across Finance, Supply Chain, and Procure-to-Pay as needed.

Travel and Hybrid Working

We have an environment that gives you the flexibility to achieve an effective work-life balance, whether you want to work from home or at one of our Cubo offices around the UK. Onsite consultancy time is requested if needed, so flexibility around travel and overnight stays is expected, dependent on the project requirements. Onsite time is planned ahead, within two-week blocks, so you know well in advance where you will be working. We encourage those in customer-facing roles to come into the office at least once a month, and also team meetings and client meetings; however, you can work from Nottingham HQ or any Cubo office regularly if you prefer, whichever suits you.

About You (The Essentials)

• Proven experience delivering full lifecycle for Infor M3 ERP implementations in Order-to-Cash processes, including customer order management, pricing, invoicing, and AR integration.
• Experience with being a client-facing consultant within a partner environment
• Understanding of end-to-end business process flows across finance
• Ability to configure, test, and deliver robust M3 solutions aligned to business requirements
• Full driver's licence and access to a vehicle
• Curious, looking to challenge the status quo and improve
• Collaborates well with both internal and external colleagues
• Committed to personal development and becoming a Trusted Advisor in your field.
