Job Title: Infor M3 Senior Finance Consultant

Location: Home-based with travel to client site or Columbus offices as required

Salary: Negotiable (We aim to improve your current package)

Bonus: Yes

Holiday: 25 Days, Plus Bank Holidays (Increasing with Service)

Travel/Expenses: A car is required for travel to client sites - expensed at 45p per mile from home address (excluding travel to any Columbus Office within 35mi)

The role

Team: M3

Role: Senior Business Consultant specialising in Customer Order Management (COM) on Infor M3 projects

Responsibilities:

• Deliver transformative Infor M3 projects focused on optimising orders, pricing, invoicing, and order-to-cash processes.
• Design, implement, and enhance customer order workflows for UK and international clients.
• Ensure orders are processed accurately, efficiently, and aligned with business objectives.
• Influence customer satisfaction, cash flow, and operational efficiency through COM expertise.

Travel and hybrid working:

• Flexibility to work from home or at Cubo offices around the UK.
• On-site consultancy time planned ahead of time, with 2-week blocks when possible.
• Encouraged monthly office presence for team and client meetings, with option to work from Nottingham HQ or other Cubo offices.

About you (The Essentials)

• Proven experience delivering full lifecycle for Infor M3 ERP implementations in Customer Order Management (order entry, processing, pricing, discounts, delivery, invoicing, AR integration).
• Experience as a client-facing consultant within a partner environment.
• Understanding of end-to-end business process flows across finance.
• Ability to configure, test, and deliver robust M3 solutions aligned to business requirements.
• Full driver’s licence and access to a vehicle.
• Curious mindset, willing to challenge the status quo and improve.
• Strong collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• Commitment to personal development and becoming a Trusted Advisor in the field.
