Job Description

The Legal Counsel will be:

  • Providing legal advice on contract matters
  • Drafting, negotiating and reviewing commercial agreements, leases and policy documents
  • Ensuring regulatory compliance and managing legal risk in operations
  • Partnering with business, claims, operations and property teams to align legal strategy
  • Leading improvements to templates, processes and governance frameworks

The Successful Applicant

The Legal Counsel should be:

  • A solicitor or equivalent with relevant experience in commercial law
  • Comfortable advising on contracts and compliance challenges
  • Skilled in stakeholder engagement, able to communicate complex legal issues clearly
  • Commercially minded, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
  • Familiar with governance, risk frameworks, or regulatory oversight
