The Legal Counsel will be:Providing legal advice on contract mattersDrafting, negotiating and reviewing commercial agreements, leases and policy documentsEnsuring regulatory compliance and managing legal risk in operationsPartnering with business, claims, operations and property teams to align legal strategyLeading improvements to templates, processes and governance frameworks

Profile

The Legal Counsel should be:A solicitor or equivalent with relevant experience in commercial lawComfortable advising on contracts and compliance challengesSkilled in stakeholder engagement, able to communicate complex legal issues clearlyCommercially minded, detail-oriented, and able to work independentlyFamiliar with governance, risk frameworks, or regulatory oversight
