Learning & Development Business Partner

Location: Birmingham (Hybrid – 3 days in office)

Contract Type: Full-time

My client, an award-winning global law firm with an exceptional reputation within the Real Estate market, is looking to hire a creative and consultative Learning & Development Business Partner to join their wider team. This is an opportunity to design and deliver impactful learning programmes that support the growth and development of their people across practice groups and international offices.

What you’ll do

  • Design and manage blended learning programmes tailored to business needs
  • Deliver engaging training sessions and manage external suppliers
  • Collaborate with HR and stakeholders to advise on development solutions
  • Lead internal communications for learning initiatives
  • Continuously improve programmes based on feedback and ROI

What they’re looking for

  • Proven L&D experience, ideally in professional services
  • Strong training design and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Familiarity with learning technologies and psychometrics (desirable)
  • Excellent communication and project management abilities
