With over 20 years of experience, our client specializes in digital services including performance marketing, website development, eCommerce, and data intelligence. They are a key growth partner for their clients.

Joining their performance division, you'll be part of a team of SEO and paid media experts working on outreach, technical SEO, digital PR, social media, and more. They focus on helping ambitious brands grow in the digital economy, working with clients like Cruise.co.uk, tombola, and Hammonds.

The Role

They are seeking an experienced Learning & Development Partner to own all L&D activities and be part of the wider People team. This role offers the opportunity to shape and lead the development strategy with full autonomy over design and delivery. You will collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders to align L&D initiatives with company culture and goals.

You'll Be Responsible For

• Developing and implementing the L&D strategy, identifying priorities, designing solutions, and delivering outcomes
• Designing and facilitating leadership and management development programs (note: delivery experience required)
• Partnering with stakeholders at all levels to understand needs and deliver targeted interventions
• Designing and delivering team development workshops, using tools like Insights or Strengthscope
• Conducting 1:1 coaching sessions with managers for development support
• Managing their LMS, building content, career pathways, and working with external providers
• Fostering a performance-focused learning culture aligned with company values
• Managing your own diary with flexible working, based in Leeds twice a week, with occasional travel to Manchester, Southampton, and London

Skills And Qualifications

• 5+ years of L&D experience with a proven track record from strategy to delivery
• Ability to work independently in a standalone L&D role
• Collaborative, team-oriented approach, integrated with the wider People team
• Expertise in leadership and management development with experience in engaging programs
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
• Commercial mindset with focus on value and impact measurement
• Experience developing tailored L&D strategies
• Skilled in LMS platforms, content development, and career frameworks
• Confident facilitator and coach for group and 1:1 sessions
• Ideally qualified in psychometric or development tools
• Positive, pragmatic, hands-on, and solutions-focused attitude
• Leeds-based preferred, with occasional travel
