️Hours: 35 hours per week Shift pattern: flexible to business needs Salary: up to 32,000 pa dependent on experienceLocation: Remote but travel to office will be required

This role is a UK-based role, and any remote work must also be within the UK.

THE ROLE

As an L&D Partner you will play a pivotal role in shaping the learning culture across the organisation. This role is central to the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of learning initiatives that empower our people and drive performance.

As a key member of the L&D team, you’ll ensure all training aligns with company policies, regulatory requirements, and operational standards. You’ll support the full training lifecycle—from onboarding through to leadership development—while championing a culture of continuous learning, inclusion, and innovation.
