Overview

HR Support, The Law Support Group is recruiting a Learning Coordinator to support the Global Learning Manager in a permanent role. The firm operates a hybrid policy: 3 days in the office, in the City.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Learning & Development Manager and team.
  • Manage calendars and coordinate complex training schedules.
  • Liaise with senior stakeholders and external providers/trainers.
  • Assist with L&D activities and related projects.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years’ experience in L&D or as HR Assistant/Coordinator with L&D exposure.
  • Super-organised with excellent communication skills; comfortable speaking to people at all levels.
  • Experience in a law firm or professional services environment preferred; LMS or HRIS Learning Module experience desirable.
