In this role, you’ll collaborate with our L&D Lead, HR teams, and external partners to create learning experiences that build future-ready skills—from leadership and functional development to early careers. You’ll act as a trusted expert, owning our talent development systems and ensuring continuous improvement through data-driven insights.
You’ll lead key L&D projects, evaluate their impact, and bring fresh thinking from the outside world to keep our approach innovative and inspiring. Your work will help drive consistency in how we support and grow our people across all functions, while managing relationships with our external learning providers.
If you're ready to make a real difference in a fun, fast-paced, and values-led environment, we’d love to hear from you!
What’s in it for you?
We believe in giving back and making sure you're happy and thriving. Here's a taste of what we offer:
- 5% bonus scheme – with an excellent track record of over-achievement
- Comprehensive Healthcare Support – Access to a Medicash Health Cash Plan or Private Healthcare, including a Digital GP service, Best Doctors (Second Medical Opinion Service), and specialist Cancer Care for peace of mind when you need it most.
- KP Pension Plan - contribution matching up to 7% of your salary
- 25 days holiday + holiday buy scheme
- KP4ME - online benefits, discounts, prizes, competitions and information platform with access to mental, physical and financial wellbeing information and tools
What will you be doing?
- Design and deliver innovative learning programmes across leadership, functional skills, and early careers to build future-ready capabilities.
- Lead key L&D projects from concept to delivery, using creativity and insight to shape engaging development experiences that drive real change.
- Collaborate closely with HR, business stakeholders, and external partners to co-create practical, scalable solutions that meet local and functional needs.
- Use data and feedback to measure the impact of learning, demonstrating ROI and continuously improving how we support our people.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and bring fresh thinking into KP, expanding your knowledge while enhancing our approach to learning and development.
Who are we?
We're KP Snacks, part of the Intersnack family. With over 15,000 employees across more than 30 countries, we create popular snacks like Hula Hoops and McCoy's. In the UK, we have about 2,400 employees across seven factories and our Slough HQ. We value speaking our minds, celebrating differences, and pushing boundaries together.
Diversity is important to us. We aim to create a workplace where everyone belongs. Even if you don’t tick every box, we want to hear from you! If we can support you through the application process, just let us know.
We’d love to hear from you if you demonstrate the following:
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, e-learning platforms, and early careers development, supported by a CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent) qualification.
- Excellent organisation, decision-making, and prioritisation skills to help the team deliver high-quality outcomes across multiple projects.
- Experience partnering with senior leaders and influencing stakeholders, with strong relationship-building, communication, and people skills.
- While experience in all areas is ideal, applications from those eager to grow in a supportive, fast-paced environment are welcome.
- Collaborative, people-focused, and a great team player who supports others with feedback and coaching, embodying our values and representing KP Snacks proudly.
