(Due to the nature of this role, there is no set structure for hybrid working. Your work location will vary from week to week dependant on the client's need and may require travel to sites across the North West. Some weeks you might have 1 day in the office and 4 days working from home, other weeks it could be a full week working from home. Flexible working requirements can be discussed at interview stage.)

The role

The purpose of this role is to design and deliver engaging and inspiring learning & development training programmes which support individuals and businesses to achieve their full potential.

You will be responsible for working with key business leaders and managers to identify training needs. You will be designing and delivering effective training solutions which develop the skills, knowledge and behaviours required to support their workforce development/people strategies.

The ideal candidate will be able to deliver programmes such as Leadership and Management and be CIH Level 4 qualified or willing to work towards this qualification in Housing.
