Now, we’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager who’s passionate about enabling world-class hiring and shaping the future of how we attract talent across our organisation.
As our Talent Acquisition Manager, you'll be at the forefront of championing best-in-class recruitment strategies and driving executive search, all while mentoring a team of dedicated TA Leads and Specialists.
YOUR DAILY ADVENTURES WILL INCLUDE:
- Leading & mentoring a team of Tech & Non-Tech Talent Acquisition Specialists and Leads across all Freenow countries.
- Driving end-to-end hiring excellence, ensuring smooth, inclusive, and scalable recruitment processes, from entry-level roles to executive hires.
- Owning executive recruitment, managing searches for senior-level roles with precision and care.
- Partnering with senior leadership on strategic workforce planning and aligning talent acquisition efforts with business goals.
- Innovating sourcing strategies with a data-first mindset, using cutting-edge tools to attract top, diverse talent.
- Building trusted relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders, influencing hiring decisions with confidence and clarity.
- Championing the candidate experience - from first interaction to onboarding - making it engaging and consistent across all markets.
- Continuously improving processes, implementing industry best practices, and optimizing the use of recruitment data and insights.
TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE:
- 10+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with 3+ years in a leadership role, including expertise in executive search and managing both tech & non-tech hiring.
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Proven track record in leading and coaching diverse recruiting teams.
- Expertise in end-to-end recruitment, sourcing strategies, and recruitment technology (ATS, sourcing platforms, etc.).
- Strong influencing and stakeholder management skills, especially at senior leadership levels.
- High cultural competency and a strong commitment to Diversity, Equity & Inclusion.
- Excellent negotiation, project management, and communication skills.
- A passion for candidate experience and employer branding.
