Job Description:

This role is for a MANDARIN speaker with a background in Project Managing the installation of Telecoms networks. You will oversee teams in Europe and the UK installing network, server, storage, cloud, and data centre infrastructure for a global business. The work is varied, autonomous, and interesting, with potential travel in Europe and direct client reporting. A great opportunity with independence!

Salary: Up to £42,000 + bonus (total compensation up to £50,000 per annum)

DUTIES: Coordinating and managing the installation of telco networks, overseeing and mentoring the installation team.

Project Management: Manage end-to-end projects across network and data center delivery.

• Plan and oversee all project aspects to meet deadlines
• Liaise with clients and engineers
• Report on installation status
• Maintain all project documents
• Undertake site preparation (rack and cabinet installation, structured cabling, power, cooling, testing)
• Manage, motivate, and retain project teams
• Ensure safety (EHS) standards compliance

REQUIREMENTS

• 3+ years experience in project management for data centre projects
• Understanding of network, server, storage, cloud, and data centre infrastructure
