Job Description:

This role is for a MANDARIN speaker with a background in Project Managing the installation of Telecoms networks. In this role, you will oversee teams in Europe and the UK that install network, server, storage, cloud, and data centre infrastructure for a global business. The work is varied, autonomous, and interesting, with potential travel across Europe and direct client reporting. A great opportunity with independence!

Salary: Up to £42,000 + bonus (total package up to £50,000 per annum)

DUTIES: Coordinating and managing the installation of telco networks, overseeing and mentoring the installation teams.

Project Management: Manage end-to-end projects across network and data center delivery, including:

• Planning and overseeing all project aspects to meet deadlines
• Liaising with clients and engineers
• Reporting on installation status
• Maintaining all project documentation
• Site preparation (rack and cabinet installation, structured cabling, power and cooling infrastructure, on-site testing)
• Managing, motivating, and retaining project teams
• Ensuring safety (EHS) standards compliance

REQUIREMENTS:

• 3+ years experience in project management for data centre projects
• Understanding of network, server, storage, cloud, and data center infrastructure (racks, cabling, power, cooling)
