DHC Group is looking for a proactive Marketing Executive to deliver creative, results‑driven marketing activity that supports growth and builds our brand presence across the Group.
As our Marketing Executive, you’ll play a hands‑on role in developing impactful multi‑channel campaigns that drive brand awareness and patient engagement across the healthcare sector.
You’ll get to work on a diverse mix of projects, from producing creative content for social media and PPC campaigns to supporting our growing healthcare podcast. You’ll collaborate with photographers, videographers to bring ideas to life, while helping to build both our B2C and B2B presence across the healthcare sector.

DHC Group is a portfolio of healthcare companies based in the United Kingdom, which are all connected by a common purpose – to supply specialist outpatient pathways and diagnostic imaging services. DHC Group is made up of five companies: Diagnostic Healthcare, Venturi Cardiology, ECG On Demand, CT Dent and Cavendish Imaging.
Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of external marketing, communications, PR, and lead generation activities to help raise brand awareness and drive new business opportunities.
- Assist in delivering both digital (website, social media, SEO, PPC) and non‑digital (events, conferences) marketing activity across the Group.
- Create and coordinate engaging direct marketing campaigns.
- Help maintain brand consistency across all materials and channels, ensuring our values and identity are reflected in every touchpoint.
- Gather and report on marketing data and campaign performance, using insights to support business growth.
- Work closely with the sales and business development teams to help generate leads and support revenue objectives.
- Contribute to the planning and execution of lead generation campaigns, tracking their performance and effectiveness.
- Support internal communication initiatives that engage colleagues and promote our company culture.
Skills and Knowledge
- Understanding of the Healthcare sector.
- Previous experience in the Healthcare industry.
- Marketing qualification, ideally CIM professional diploma, and Chartered Institute of Marketing membership.
