n8 are working exclusively with this leading FMCG manufacturer on a new National Account Manager position.

About the Company

About the Role

  • Manage and develop national accounts, ensuring relationships deliver long-term value
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities across a variety of industries
  • Lead tenders, proposals, and commercial negotiations
  • Build and execute account plans to achieve agreed sales and margin targets
  • Collaborate internally to deliver customer-focused solutions and product launches
  • Monitor competitors and market trends to stay ahead of opportunities

About You

  • 3+ years’ account management experience, ideally at national level
  • Strong track record of growing accounts and winning new business
  • FMCG background essential, ideally within food to go or broader chilled produce
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
  • Commercially sharp, results-driven, and comfortable with remote working plus regular travel
