Up to £60,000 + Car Allowance + Bonus

Are you an experienced Key Account Manager or National Account Manager with a great track record in managing accounts and a passion for the wine market?

The Advocate Group is currently representing a leading, family‑owned international group in the premium wine industry, with a strong European heritage and operations across major global markets. The company combines deep winemaking expertise with modern commercial capability, owning an extensive portfolio of estates and brands distributed in over 150 countries.

They are looking for a National Account Manager to manage relationships with existing accounts and expand new business across Independent retailers, Route to Markets and On Trade.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive channel growth by strategically managing and developing On Trade and Independent customers
  • Work with existing and key wholesale accounts to develop visibility and distribution
  • Champion the brand across accounts, addressing business challenges with tailored solutions.
  • Lead forecasting, budgeting, and development of joint business plans.
  • Analyze sales/financial data and implement performance improvements.
  • Work cross‑functionally with Marketing to align and communicate promotions.

About You

  • An experienced Key Account Manager or National Account Manager ready to advance in the On Trade channel.
  • Strong wine background with an excellent comprehension of the northern On Trade market
  • Proven ability to negotiate and influence stakeholders.
  • Innovative problem‑solver focused on ROI.
  • Resilient, confident, and decisive.
