I am currently working with a Top 100 Firm in the City of Cardiff who are looking for an ambitious Lawyer to join them as a Partner and Head of the Commercial Department.

They have a strong national corporate practice and a fledgling commercial practice which they are looking to develop further by recruiting a key individual to develop and lead this area of work for the firm.

Responsibilities

  • Commercial contracts and terms / partnerships
  • Company share and asset sales and acquisitions
  • Shareholder agreements and articles
  • Commercial lending and security
  • Joint venture and MBOs and more

Requirements

  • Full time with flexible hybrid working to suit needs
  • You will have a strong record of developing and maintaining client relationships
  • Report to the national head.
  • Collaborate with other partners for the development of the firm.
