Join us as the N^Q Commercial Property Solicitor at VWV. We are looking for a talented, motivated solicitor to join our successful and growing Commercial Property team in Watford, part of our large and well-regarded Real Estate Department.

The Role

In this role you will support partner Rowena Witter, Legal Director Aditi Sawjani and the commercial property team. You will work on a wide range of commercial property matters for a diverse client base, including educational institutions, property developers, investors, private individuals, offshore companies, banks, SIPPs and listed companies.

• Acquisitions and disposals

• Asset management

• Corporate support and project work
• Business development activities

Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor with at least one training seat in commercial property
• Resilient, self‑motivated and willing to learn
• Comfortable managing a caseload from an early stage within a supportive framework of supervision

Work Location

WVW operates a hybrid model. As an N^Q Solicitor at the start of your qualified career we expect you to spend at least four days a week in the Watford office to maximise supervision and guidance. We are happy to discuss any specific requirements of hybrid working with candidates on an individual basis.
