Overview

This role is a technical and operational position in the Investment and Wealth Advice (IWA) function. You will manage and reconcile key datasets, support internal systems improvements, and contribute to client experience enhancements. You will be part of a supportive, collaborative team with a line manager focused on your growth.

What you’ll be doing

  • Managing and reconciling operational data (fees, AUA, product registers)
  • Supporting the day-to-day running of the IWA function
  • Liaising with Finance and third-party providers
  • Capturing actions from operational and compliance meetings
  • Helping improve internal systems (CRM, Power BI) and reporting
  • Contributing to client experience improvements and MI production

What you’ll bring

  • A degree in STEM, Finance, Economics, Maths, or a related field
  • Excellent Excel skills and confidence working with large data sets
  • A strong numerical mindset and attention to detail
  • Some programming knowledge (e.g. Python) would be a bonus
  • A proactive, curious attitude – you enjoy finding better ways to do things
  • Comfortable working across both technical tasks and routine administrative processes

The practical bits

  • Salary £38,000 - £42,000 per annum
  • Hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 5:30pm
  • Hybrid working arrangements allow you to work from home up to 2 days per week
