- Manage relationships with new and existing suppliers—negotiating, coordinating, and ensuring timely delivery.
- Serve as a key point of contact for sponsors—ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and care.
- Support in creating and managing event timelines, floorplans, documentation, and operations schedules.
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to ensure a seamless and aligned event approach.
- Handle contracts, budgeting, invoicing, and post-event reporting where needed.
- Be prepared to travel and work on-site during live event days (including some extended hours).
Skills & Experience:
- 1–3 years’ experience in operations, event management, or a similar role.
- Razor-sharp organizational skills and a commitment to detail.
- Cool under pressure with strong time management and multitasking abilities.
- Confident communicator with a positive, professional attitude.
- A proactive problem-solver who enjoys working both independently and within a team.
- Customer-service mindset with a can-do spirit and flexibility during busy event periods.
