Responsibilities

  • End-to-end test management across Oracle Cloud projects, including strategy, planning, scripting, execution, reporting, and defect management.
  • Lead a hybrid team of test analysts and client end users/subject matter experts; coordinate across upstream and downstream systems.
  • Create and own test strategy and plans; coordinate defect triage; manage risk and client communications.
  • Oversee staffing of the project with Version 1 resources; work with Clients and Third Parties to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Adhere to Version 1 standards and policies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create test strategy and test plans.
  • Coordinate defect triage meetings.
  • Oversee risk management, mitigation & client communication and coordination.
  • Build test strategy, test plan and schedule based on overall project timelines.
  • Coach teams in test scripting best practices.
  • Familiarity with automated testing solutions.
  • Review test artefacts like test scripts, test logs, defect logs and test summary reports.
  • Coordinate SIT/UAT planning and execution; support SIT and UAT leads.
  • Staff projects with Version 1 resources; manage client and third-party activities to ensure on-time completion.
  • Adhere to Version 1 standards and policies.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in test management and defect management.
  • Experience with Oracle testing environments for implementations and upgrades; knowledge of multiple ERP/HCM modules; experience with at least one full upgrade or implementation project testing lifecycle.
  • Ability to identify and solve problems; innovative thinker who translates customer requirements into workable solutions.
  • Flexible but methodical and thorough; strong organizational and analytical skills; process-oriented.
  • Time management skills; able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
