iO Associates are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Specialist to work with a public sector organisation. They have recently gone through a big migration project and need someone to come in and remove all the backlog

Your focus will be on the implementation and ongoing support of Oracle Fusion HCM modules, specifically Core HR, Recruitment and Talent Management

You'll need to work closely with the project team, discussing integrations, data migrations, and reporting across relevant modules. Also, a key part of your role will be mentoring and giving training to the wider organisation on the system

The role is operating Outside IR35 starting ASAP and paying £500 - £600 per day

You will be based out of their Norwich offices on a hybrid basis

• Experience mentoring and training users on the system
