Responsibilities
As Payroll Administrator, you will help deliver a professional, accurate and customer-focused payroll service. Your role will involve payroll processing, offering first-line advice to employees, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations and University policies, and helping the team maintain high standards of accuracy and efficiency in our work. You will also provide administrative support during busy periods or when colleagues are away, supervise tasks, and contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment that allows you and your colleagues to thrive.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about payroll, wants to learn and explore new ideas, and wishes to be part of meaningful change that helps people to get paid on time, every time.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need strong knowledge of payroll legislation and statutory requirements, excellent communication and organisational skills, and a meticulous eye for detail. A familiarity with iTrent HR/Payroll Systems is also essential.
