Looking to steer your payroll career in a new direction?

At Aston Martin, we’re more than just a legendary automotive brand; we’re a team driven by excellence, innovation, and attention to detail. Right now, we’re offering a rare opportunity to join our HR Operations team as Payroll Lead, where you’ll take charge of delivering accurate, compliant, and efficient payroll services across both the UK and internationally.

In this hands-on role, you’ll be at the centre of our payroll operations, processing monthly payrolls, resolving complex queries, and ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. You’ll partner closely with HR, Finance, and our external payroll providers to deliver a seamless employee experience, no matter where in the world they’re based.

Here’s what makes this role stand out:

This role is ideal for an individual who excels in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment and desires to be part of a company where their work truly matters. You’ll need solid end-to-end payroll experience (particularly in the UK), and ideally some exposure to international payrolls as well.

If you’ve worked with external vendors or been involved in audits and process improvement projects, even better.

In return, you’ll be part of a close-knit, high-performing team where your contribution will be visible, valued, and rewarded. You’ll have the opportunity to grow into more senior responsibilities, gain exposure to international operations, and play a key role in supporting future payroll transformation.

This role is based at our Gaydon HQ, where you’ll spend time onsite to help you get fully up to speed with our systems, processes, and ways of working. We have a hybrid working policy that typically involves three days on-site.

If you're looking to step up, stand out, and help shape the payroll function at one of the most respected names in the automotive world, this is your chance.

Apply now and bring your precision and passion to Aston Martin.
