Description

• Manage and oversee end-to-end payroll processes for employees across the organisation.

• Collaborate with the Accounting & Finance department to provide accurate payroll reports.
• Address and resolve payroll discrepancies or queries from employees and stakeholders.
• Implement and maintain payroll policies and procedures to ensure efficiency.
• Work with external auditors and regulatory authorities as needed.
• Keep up to date with changes in payroll legislation and implement necessary adjustments.
• Support the team with system upgrades or the introduction of new payroll software.

Profile

• Strong knowledge of UK payroll legislation and compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in using payroll systems and related software.
• Experience working within the business services industry, particularly in London.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• The ability to work collaboratively with the Accounting & Finance team.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
