Job Description
Are you passionate about driving impactful people initiatives across a dynamic, global business? We’re looking for an experienced People Business Partner to join our agile pool of HR professionals, delivering high-priority projects that shape the future of our organisation.

In this role, you’ll work flexibly across regions and functions to support a wide range of people-focused initiatives. From leading organisational change and delivering core cyclical people processes to supporting global projects and targeted problem-solving, you’ll be at the forefront of driving strategic HR impact. This is a hybrid position working 3 days a week in the office and 2 days from home.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting Strategic PBPs, CoEs, and business leaders to design and deliver key people initiatives and projects.
  • Cyclical activities such as LEAD, Reward, Talent Management.
  • Initiatives resulting from the strategic planning process.
  • Organisation design/change, (strategic) workforce planning and ad-hoc problem solving.
  • Advising, guiding, and supporting managers on core people processes and cyclical activity, such as L.E.A.D, reward processes, headcount management, engagement action planning, and talent and succession planning.
  • Embedding global people initiatives by driving adoption, supporting managers, and ensuring alignment with specific country/function requirements.
  • Designing, implementing, and managing country/function specific people initiatives, processes, and policies in alignment with global strategy/frameworks.
  • Advising and managing colleague relations cases and country specific policies (in locations where no dedicated colleague relations support exists).
  • Manage the governance (demand planning, capacity planning, delivery) of HR interventions – cyclical, people strategy linked and/or ad hoc – and coordinating the pool of resources effectively to ensure demand is met globally.

Key Requirements

  • Demonstrate experience of designing and delivering people initiatives in a complex environment.
  • French, German or Spanish language skills would be advantageous.
  • Possess a breadth of expertise that covers the full people scope of services and regional specific requirements.
  • Display effective consulting skills with experience of advising, guiding and coaching managers to achieve good people outcomes.
  • Be an excellent problem solver, with the ability to analyse a range of information/data to deliver insights and build creative and business focused solutions.
  • Display good project management and organisational skills, with experience of building project plans and working in cross functional teams.
