Role Description

This is a part-time, hybrid role for a People Business Partner located in Bolton. The People Business Partner will be responsible for day-to-day HR tasks including employee relations, talent management, organisational development, and performance management. The role will involve working closely with management teams to develop and implement HR strategies that support ABL Health's mission and vision. Additional responsibilities may include workforce planning, policy development, and compliance with employment legislation.
