This is a unique opportunity for an experienced People Partner who thrives in a fast‑paced, scaling environment and wants to make a direct, visible impact. You'll have autonomy to build foundational programs from the ground up while collaborating closely with a lean, high‑performing People & Talent team. Key responsibilities

  • Design and launch Clariti's first in‑house management training program, creating a shared foundation of leadership principles and performance expectations.
  • Own and lead complex employee relations cases from investigation through resolution, providing pragmatic, balanced guidance to leaders.
  • Partner with the VP, People & Talent, and People Operations Generalist to execute core programs like performance reviews, engagement surveys, and other organizational initiatives.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to advise on organizational design, performance management, and team effectiveness.
  • Refresh Clariti's organizational competencies, developing a centralized and scalable framework that supports growth and consistency across all departments.
  • Champion the department's focus on AI enablement, identifying and applying ways to leverage AI tools in leadership development, people analytics, and process improvement.

Qualifications

  • 8-12 years of progressive HR experience, including 4+ years as a People Partner or HR Business Partner supporting senior leaders.
  • Proven track record of designing and delivering leadership development initiatives and managing complex employee relations cases independently.
  • Strong judgment, discretion, and communication skills, with the ability to advise and influence senior leaders.
  • Experience supporting distributed teams across Canada and the U.S., with solid working knowledge of relevant employment legislation and best practices.
  • Skilled in instructional design, facilitation, and coaching, with the ability to create engaging, practical content using limited external resources.
  • Highly self‑directed and adaptable, comfortable taking initiative in a lean, remote team environment.
  • Curiosity and fluency with AI tools for creating efficiencies, analyzing data, and enhancing program design.
  • Bonus points: Experience in a scaling tech or SaaS environment.
  • Bonus points: Background in competency modeling, coaching, or learning design.
