- Coach and support leaders to manage, develop and motivate their teams.
- Anticipate people challenges and design proactive, forward-thinking solutions.
- Use data and reporting to inform decision-making and tell compelling stories that drive action.
- Sit on senior leadership teams (SLTs), contributing to business and project strategy by identifying opportunities, risks and people implications.

- Proven relationship-builder with confidence in influencing and partnering with senior leaders.
- Strong HR knowledge and experience, ideally with CIPD Level 5+.
- Comfort with HR systems and data – turning insights into action.
- A background in construction, engineering or similar (advantage, not essential).
About Us
This is more than a fixed-term role. It\'s your chance to:
- Have real impact – you\'ll be a key voice at senior leadership tables.
- Work across diverse projects with our specialist in-house businesses.
- Collaborate and grow – supported by a strong central People team and subject matter experts.
- Shape the future – with opportunities for creativity, innovation and forward-thinking ideas.
