Responsibilities

  • Assist the Technology Portfolio Office in delivering several strategic initiatives across technology teams.
  • Contribute to the ongoing maintenance and continuous improvement of business as usual activities while fostering effective cross-technology collaboration.
  • Support and uphold delivery standards and best practices while reporting on technology project and product portfolios.

About You

  • Comprehensive understanding of Waterfall, Agile, and Lean methodologies, with a certification in at least one delivery methodology.
  • Hands-on experience with a range of Agile frameworks and interpreting data to present insights through clear, actionable dashboards.
  • Experience managing bi-modal portfolios and selecting delivery methodologies to achieve optimal results; proficient in Project Portfolio Management (PPM) and workflow tools.
  • Motivated, self-starter with strong organizational, planning, and prioritisation skills; creative problem solver with an eye for design and an innovative mindset.

Working arrangements

This is a 12 month fixed term contract. This is a hybrid role, with work split between home and at least one day per week in our London Office. Flexibility may vary to support the role.
