Position: Portfolio Manager

Job Description

As a Portfolio Manager, the postholder will be a responsible key point of contact for our clients, ensuring delivery of contract deliverables, such as planned maintenance, reporting and achieving SLA's, whilst overseeing job P&Ls to ensure projects remain profitable and in accordance with our budgetary requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to your clients
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
• Develop a trusted relationship with key accounts along with internal & external stakeholders
• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to client and contractual needs and objectives

Requirements

• Excellent communication - clearly and effectively with both internal and external stakeholders
• Experience from a service sector organisation
• Commercial and contractual experience is advantageous
• Experience in delivering client focused solutions based on needs
